About us
Integration Psychology and Play Therapy, based in Ipswich, Queensland, is committed to providing developmentally appropriate, evidence-based and neuroaffirmative therapeutic services. We specialise in assessments, play therapy and expressive therapies designed to support the healing, growth, and connection of children and their families. Our approach is grounded in a deep understanding of neurodiversity, recognising each child’s unique strengths and challenges. Through tailored interventions, we aim to create a safe and supportive space where children can explore, heal, and build resilience, helping them thrive alongside the important adults in their lives.
We work in a client-centred, neurobiologically sensitive way, and recognise play as a key change mechanism in how children learn about themselves, and their relationships. We use play to develop healthy adaptive behaviours, to promote cognitive development and heal from traumatic experiences.

We work with children who are neurodivergent, anxious, depressed, stressed, have sensory processing differences, emotional regulation challenges, medical trauma, abuse, experiencing parental divorce or separation, struggling with the changes and periods of parental absence that Defence family life brings.
